Payment methods

Terms of payment for food trailers and food containers

  1. Prices are ex works without special agreement. Value added tax at the respective statutory rate shall be added to the prices.
  2. In the absence of a special agreement, payment shall be made to our account without any deductions, namely in the amount of a deposit of 50% after conclusion of the contract.
  3. In the absence of a special agreement, payment of the remaining full contract price is to be made to us concurrently with handover of the goods ex works.
  4. The deduction of a discount requires a special written agreement.
  5. With regard to the outstanding contractual price, the customer shall be in default of payment if he does not pay for the contractual item (our service) within 10 days after notification that our service is ready for collection, against delivery of the transfer of title ex works step by step against payment, § 286 para. 2 no. 2 BGB.

Payment methods for the online shop

We offer you the following payment types. Simply browse the list for the best payment type for you. The prices listed in the online shop under “Accessories” are net prices excluding VAT. Other taxes (e.g. those applicable to intra-Community purchases) and/or duties (e.g. customs duty) are only incurred in connection with cross-border transactions and are payable to the respective customs and/or tax authorities and not the vendor. The costs of shipping and delivery are not included in the purchase price and can be viewed on the “Shipping costs” page. They are indicated separately during the order process and to be paid by you in addition to the purchase price.
