The brief
For Mama’s – die Eismanufaktur, we developed a mobile sales solution focused on reliable ice-cream refrigeration – even independently of a mains power connection –. In addition to the integrated ice-cream display counter, sufficient refrigerated storage space was included. During transport, a lithium-ion battery with inverter supplies power to the refrigeration equipment, ensuring that the cold chain is maintained while the trailer is on the move.
